Cafe El Patio is located in a small business center in it's own stall. located in the front on the right side. little seating area. not much parking in area. too much ongoing construction. offerings: sandwiches, coffees, bakes, pastries, etc. brew: coffee (2) various artisan brews on rotating basis. -caessa coffee featured. pour overs or house brew available. -house brew tasted smoother, had more body than most majors.... drips: -pannis great value as are most items on menu. -drawback, little seating area.

A gem in the hood. POC owned and local. They serve real coffee imported from a farm from the owners family. All the bells and whistles without the bells and whistles if you know what I mean. I had the ham and cheese panini with the latte. The view is complimentary and goes down well early in morning with the coffee. The crunch of the bread followed by the soft gooeyness of the cheese then hit with the sweet and savoryness of the ham then hit again with the hot sauce I lathered in it. Wash it down with a guThe audio senses are filled with punk and Japanese innuendos but you can't forget your in the fruitvale. Great vibes filled my cup and experience. You can feel the soul when you walk in. And you take it with you when you waltz out. I'll be back.

This is the kind of establishment we should all be patrons to. Not only is their service friendly, attentive, and just great. Their food is exceptional and their coffee is better quality than what you would get from Starbucks or Peet's. Will be coming here all the time.

The staff here is so friendly. I only get to come here every few months, but they remembered me as if I had been going every week! The sandwiches and food are awesome. It's a cute cozy atmosphere inside. There are always has people going in and out eating breakfast or grabbing a quick bite. I look forward to going there whenever I'm in the area! Thank you!
