Very irritated this evening. Got off from long day at wk, didn't want to cook. Stopped to get a quesadilla. The server took the spoon, scooped the meat sprinkled HALF the meat and shook the rest BACK INTO THE CONTAINER. Why???? I'm paying my hard earned money for a portion not you. I said how much I will pay for what I was supposed to get. He said ohhh no it is expensive $5. I said we'll I would have to if you hadn't have given me half of what I was supposed to get. I did not raise my voice. So my next order he says wait as he fills low containers. Ok no problem. I ordered chicken bowl I'm telling him what to put on it and he is over talking me as I am telling him what I wanted. So then as I say no this is what I want he SLUNG the sour cream and salsa on the bowl to show his anger. I was too tired to say anything. I just paid and left. All I wanted to do was get a small meal go home after a long hard day at work. Didnt expect t to work all day and pay fair price for frustration.

Store is often dirty. My order is NEVER ready on time for pick up, the carpet is always jacked up so it’s a tripping hazard and there’s always some water on the floor so that’s a slipping hazard.

The staff name, Latoya is the rudest person I have ever encounter. Will not admit, making a mistake and turn around trying to make the Customer wrong. If you don’t like your job, then quit, don’t ruin my meal.

I give this Lakeshore Ave. location a zero rating. Every time I place an order to be delivered something is not right. Last three orders were delivered and incorrect. One order I received guacamole that was literally brown and old and the guacamole is always a mess with big pieces of the seed in it. The next order they put the extra spicy salsa on my burrito bowl that was was supposed to be on the side and my son couldn't eat it, the next order was also wrong as my chips were not delivered with my order. WTF is wrong with y'all, Is anyone paying attention in the place??? I think not and will not order from this disaster of a location. You guys suck.

What I really wanted was a refund the night I went in and didn’t get everything I paid for, making my dinner unsatisfying. What I got was two free promos instead and thankfully they gave me two cause the second time I went in I didn’t get everything I asked for either as well as misinformation on how I could use promo code. Third time I ordered what I wanted, got everything I asked for and left happy enough to leave a tip. Mind you I had to wait until 30 mins after opening for everything to be available but I don’t blame them for that. It’s likely a management and understaffed issue. I appreciate the team members doing their best when sometimes it’s one person trying to handle everything up front.
Natasha lost the point of customer service. She’s fast but doesn’t look at you just throws your stuff in a bowl. She’s like a robot no human connection. Slow down acknowledge the customer, especially when there is no line.

We got delivery from this location and the food was inedible- everything was so salty and the chicken in particular tasted disgusting. Ended up throwing away our burrito and bowl after a couple bites. We’ll avoid this location in the future.

Honestly, this chipotle taste like any other chipotle. So you'll know what you're getting. The ambiance is a little off, as the staff seem uncaring for customers. Coming in and not seeing a single smile for all 4 employees was disappointing, not a great start to my day, nor chipotle experience. I now understand why there are so many memes of "sh!tpotle" as Lakeshore location represents that. Additionally, this is the only chipotle I've ever been to that charges me extra ($1.65) for a side of vinaigrette. I've been to over a dozen other chipotles that just give me a side of vinaigrette even when I ONLY order chips and salsa. Today, I was charged for the vinaigrette while ordering a whole bowl, and I can't even have some dressing with it. Upon leaving, while I was grabbing a utensil at the self serve utensil station, there were no forks. The customer in front of me had to ask for a fork, and then I had to ask for a fork. While asking for the fork, I also asked why this location charges for vinaigrette, and the cashiers response was sassy "because my general manager said so." Rather than giving off sass, just say "oh sorry, the general manager makes us do it" or some other response, rather than the "bEcAuSe wE sAiD sO". I intentionally took my time to leave the store and they still didn't refill the forks (despite the fact that there's only 1 customer starting their order. They had plenty of time to upkeep utensils before cashing out the next customer but no, they'll probably be asked for a fork the 3rd time around. Overall, this location gave me a disappointing experience and I hope their yelp goes from 2 stars to 1, because that's the quality and ambiance given by this location. Will not be returning to Lakeshore Chipotle and would rather drive out of my way to another location.
