Store is often dirty. My order is NEVER ready on time for pick up, the carpet is always jacked up so it’s a tripping hazard and there’s always some water on the floor so that’s a slipping hazard.
What I really wanted was a refund the night I went in and didn’t get everything I paid for, making my dinner unsatisfying. What I got was two free promos instead and thankfully they gave me two cause the second time I went in I didn’t get everything I asked for either as well as misinformation on how I could use promo code.
