A few of my friends and I stopped in to get their fried chicken, fries, fried okra and 1/2 dozen honey butter biscuits. I don't remember when was the last time I had Church's fried chicken. Then there isn't one in Alameda.We waited for a while because we wanted most everything freshly prepared. The fried chicken was crispy and moist, seasoned perfectly. It was not as salty as another fried chicken chain (KKC). The fried okra was delicious. I never thought I would...
The food here is always good. It sometimes(well most times) is going to be an extremely long wait because this place is constantly busy. I usually order on doordash for pick up and even when the app says the food is ready, it's usually not 9 times out of 10. But, it's WORTH THE WAIT!
