Cookies were way too soft and almost undercooked, very oily. Also we ordered Rocky Road and got cookies and cream. It was not that flavorful, where are the cookies?

These are the best chocolate shop cookies ever! Lots of chocolate and they are still warm and gooey when they are delivered. Simply amazing!

I ordered 2 cookies via doordash. It was horrible! The cookies were burnt on the bottom,for sure tasted burnt as well. They were wafer like and transparent I would imagine that for 4.75 per cookie I would be more satisfied than with a burnt transparent cracker rent cracker cookie.. Literally threw one away yes 1 I wanted a cookie but I suffered.

Cookies were delivered in a great timely manner, I ordered them during the day and got it scheduled for 7pm. When I got them they were still warm and gooey! So 5 stars for service and goods :)

Had Crumbs' cookies on Christmas Eve and they were delicious! Warm, chewy, and yummy. Had the sugar, oatmeal chocolate chip, and chocolate chip - all were great!
