Ordered food after an ankle injury that is keeping me from driving. Took an hour to receive my food when the eta on app was 20 min and the store is a 6 min drive. One pizza was warm one pizza was cold and the oil was congealing. Genuinely hope the folks working at this location are okay because this is crazy behavior.

The vibe was immaculate and the food was so good, we couldn't even wait till we got home to eat because it smelled so good 😋 I ordered online for carryout and got a really good deal, the pizza was made exactly how I wanted it, and it was ready by the time I arrived to pick up 🥳 I'm so glad they were open, it can be a little difficult to find things open this late and this cheap on a Wednesday night😅 thank you, I'm so glad I didn't have to get home at 10:00 and spend 45 minutes making dinner 🙏

Hi My experience was a bad experience delay with my order no greeting from the staff gave no updates on my order spent more time helping other other customers the management treated me like I was invisible overall it was a bad experience at this store and the director needs to train their team better

The manager on site kept saying that the order was still in the oven when it was ready to pick up for 15 mins! Usually I have a great and speedy pickup but he had an attitude for no reason. I don’t know if I want to come back to this location..

This location is truly as bad as other reviews. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered a pizza deal to choose my own toppings. The first ingredient of mushrooms they didn’t even add to the pizza. I ordered 3 dipping sauces which cost extra, and I ordered a personal size soda. The delivery came, no mushrooms on the pizza, no soda, no dipping sauce. I called and told the woman what was missing. She sent the guy back to me with a 2liter soda (upgraded for the mistake), a container of warm mushrooms for me to put in the pizza MYSELF, and guess what? NO DIPPING SAUCE. So I call again. Talk to some guy who claims to be the manager. He gave me a fake name, and he said they will just refund my whole $41 order. I said i just want the dipping sauce or maybe you can give me extra ones because it’s been over an hour since I ordered the pizza. He said he will cancel the whole order, full refund. I wait another 45 minutes, still no sauce delivered. I call back 2 times and they hang up on me. I call a 3rd time and I explain I am still waiting for the sauces. He says maybe wait another Half An Hour! 🤬

Ordered medium chicken pizza and small thick spinach fetta, but the chicken pizza is horrible only 4 pieces of chicken on it, too much tomatoes it's not chicken pizza for me it's tomato pizza ? and the spinach feta they do made it regular instead of thick pizza. I will never order again from this place
