My first time ever rating a business. But this place is Horrible. From the rude cashier with braids ignoring costumers, having his pants under his rear end exposing his underwear. The cuss words being used with the other worker, especially the brother with the braids. I waited 35 minutes for a regular coffee and sandwich, and they still got my order wrong. Never again!

On this historic day, marks the first and the last time I will give Dunkin Donuts my business. We ordered and waited THIRTY minutes for two coffees and some food. I know what you’re thinking, was if a rush? No. There was no rush. Only one gal who ordered a small coffee and donut. Who got her food in a timely manner. It was so evident that there was no communication between those who were working. I saw my coffee get made TWENTY minutes before they finally gave it to me. By the time we received our food, it was past the point of wanting it. We missed our event we were headed to because it took so long. They just kept taking more and more orders without completing a single one. What a terrible experience.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts on the west coast do not come here, ordered off the screen like the staff asked then they completely ignored our order and after standing around for 15+ minutes we checked in and they didn’t even know we had placed orders. Idiotic staff would go anywhere else.
This store has become creepy...They won't accept cash for security reasons which doesn't put you at ease when waiting in your car with your window open for 10min.But even more importantly, their service is extremely slow, as stated above took 10min for someone to come to the intercom and I had to scream my order to the person as the first 3 times I said it they couldn't understand/hear.

I gave 3 stars because every time I go there and order I get "We out, we ain't got that either". I know it's not the workers fault but the company need to do better. We usually settle for something after waiting. I understand some time but not majority of the time.

They didn't have any of the donuts I wanted at 8:30 on Saturday morning. Some of the staff seemed decent, but harried. The man helping me was unhelpful, loud, and obnoxious and when I asked "Can we please stop talking about this?" he refused to help me and wouldnt give me my food.
