I gave 3 stars because every time I go there and order I get "We out, we ain't got that either". I know it's not the workers fault but the company need to do better. We usually settle for something after waiting. I understand some time but not majority of the time.
When ever I go in the morning, I already know it will take longer then usual to get my order everytime. Never alot of customers but it's always Less then average customer service. Better staffing has to be part of their plan if Dunkin plans on staying open.

This store has become creepy...They won't accept cash for security reasons which doesn't put you at ease when waiting in your car with your window open for 10min.But even more importantly, their service is extremely slow, as stated above took 10min for someone to come to the intercom and I had to scream my order to the person as the first 3 times I said it they couldn't understand/hear.
