Decided to stop by here to pick up food for later for work. Didn’t realize until now (5hrs later) that they forgot to give us the churros we ordered. Should have checked after they forgot to give me my drink n I had to ask for it! They sure did charge us for it though. I tried calling and they don’t answer the phone.

9 minutes waiting in the Drive-Thru line with not even a single budge and then I got out and went into the store itself and I saw on the screen they had like five red orders that were not even served yet but plus a bunch of other ones. I wonder if it's just bad management or the employees on that shift are incompetent oh by the way it was 208 p.m. Wednesday May 14th
