Stopped by this spot in Oakland to check out their food. Had heard they had gray Puerto Rican food but wanted to check it out for myself. Got lucky and had the owner/chef there and gave wonderful recommendations, samples and the history behind his grandmothers famous rice and beans. Once in a lifetime experience.
