the first thing i tried here was the menudo. it was really good. it was red but not super bright red like i prefer but it was still really good. it came with all the regular side stuff plus chopped jalapenos and oregano which you don't always get. i didn't get hominy, but later when i was online ordering a breakfast burrito, i saw you can add hominy. the breakfast burrito i got the next day was steak and egg and it was really good too:)
Whenever I get my nails done next door at King Nails, I usually stop by here for a drink or a quick bite. I also try to think of local businesses when my employer needs catering for events. I had huevos a la mexicana (scrambled eggs with onions and peppers) and rice and beans. The food was really good, as was the service. The meal came with tortillas -- thick corn tortillas, the best I've had.
