Food was terrible ,ate here once before about a year ago and it was great couldn’t wait to come again , now I regret it . The fries were stale and reheated , the chicken in my ceser salad was frozen like it was right out the bag the girl said its suppose to be like that.

Horrible decision to change the fries, very cheap and makes the meal low budget. The fries seems undercooked, thin and no flavor. The Oakland location has changed tremendously (dine in to 1PM).

Wings better than wing stop and you can chill with your dog and it's wheelchair accessible and restrooms and their spacious it's also a coffee bar the food the muffins the cookies be sold out by 12 everyday and it's 11:51 and it's kid friendly being the pets 🐶

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I went here 2 days in a row. Just for fries because I had leftover chicken from home. I’m serious about my fries and I like them cooked when I order them and I eat them right out of the grease. Yesterday the lady that helped me did right. Fresh out the grease golden brown. Thanks sis. Today the guy who helped me serve me an order of fries that had been sitting there but dropped them back in the grease to fool me but I’m a fry guy and if you overcook shoestring fries they get brown and hard. I kindly took them back and asked for a fresh order. It took the fries twice as long to come out and when I got them there were warm and some of those twice cooked fries were mixed in. I paid $5 for an order of fresh fries and he served me like they would go out of business if he didn’t get rid of those fries. Even though it was only fries I have eaten there on a pretty regular basis but idiots like that cost businesses regular paying loyal customers. I won’t be back and I love chicken. I’m a 4 time a week chicken guy.

I ordered here the other night and got their 10pc deal on Wednesday and compared to the Alameda location I was very happy! Nice size wings, seasoned and sauced perfectly, just what I was expecting honestly! I know every location has its issues but I will continue to order from this location as long as it keeps it up!

The bbq wings were decent but would avoid the buffalo, also they only gave me 9 wings instead of 10 but no biggie bc the buff wings were pretty bad and that’s the one they gave me less of -plain fries were 4/10

I ordered for pick up. Soon as I got home, I noticed the french fries were literally soggy uncooked, and the brown paper bag was tearing apart due to the moisture. Also, the wings are extremely overrated. I’d rather just go to Wingstop to be completely honest.
