Had a great time for brunch at Fluid510! Our server Lay was super kind, sweet, and fun to talk to and the team was accommodating to our last minute reservation changes we made. We enjoyed the Steak Sandwich, Classic Breakfast, and Kale Salad with Pork Belly. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles and it was okay, not much flavor so I added Tabasco which made it better. Our attentive servers and delicious food/drinks are the only reasons for any stars at all. Unfortunately, the positive experience they created was horribly undermined by the restaurant's loud "trivia games" blasting over speakers during brunch that rendered ambiance and table conversation virtually impossible. Moreover, management had apparently overbooked the venue with both paying brunch-goers AND a separate, unrelated event ("Madea Pull Up") put on...

I had the nicest conversation with her in the picture while at a Silent Party. She was very attentive and personable. It made me want to ensure to visit this spot in the best future because of this experience.
