This was my first time going to Prospect Park Grille. I got there at 12:20 for breakfast but it ended at 11:30. The lady taking orders was nice enough to go ahead and cook my daughter and myself breakfast. I had the grit special with bacon. The food was good and reasonable priced. I would definitely go back again.Vegetarian options: Tofu
There aren't a lot of affordable spots in downtown left, let alone one that offers breakfast, but Prospect Park Grille (or Sandwiches) is there. Basically the greasy spoon of downtown, run by a wonderful Korean couple who always greets everyone with a smile. For breakfast I like the pancake special - 2 cakes, side of bacon, and hashbrowns. Excellent breakfast, to walk in to order and have your food within 6 minutes is crazy! Service is perfect, the lady in front is real sweet and warm she makes you feel at home. Definitely will be a repeat visitor.
