Yoooo this is the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. I just went on a whip during my lunch break and I'm still shook, the flavors are SO GOOD. ALSO, the people working are so nice. 10/10

I am told I was the first customer at this place and so I feel obligated to say...this place is awesome! I went I person in the middle of the night after ordering by phone. Staff was well spoken and pleasant. My lamb shwarma wrap was delicious guys! Thanks you!

A disgrace to doordash & other restaurants. The service, mistakes & no attention to details are appalling. They have never got an order correct. Don't read instructions etc. Bacon on a sandwich we are muslim. Ordered 2 burritos recv'd 1 drvr caught the error & went bk. Made the same error again. Not worth the grief.

This is my favorite spot to get lunch down by Oakland's City Hall (and my work). I just went in yesterday after a long time because of covid and work from home, and it was still great. They have rebranded to be "Fusion Mediterranean" but still the same great food. I really like their wraps and middle eastern plates, they give you a ton of food and always make sure to ask if you want hot sauce on the side (yes please!). As with many of the businesses in that area, they have been struggling since covid hit and most people are working remotely. I really hope they can weather the storm, so please go check them out when you are nearby!

Fusion Mediterranean took over 475 Cafe's space. infrastructure looks similiar. food is pre-made, sits in the steam table. it's scooped to order & microwaved. offerings: coffee, american breakfast, mediterranean lunch eats: "breakfast buffet" (4.95) 3 items. choose spinach, eggs, hash browns -scrambled eggs were aplenty, tasted ok. unknown if it was real eggs -spinach just a dab, whatever was in the tray -hash browns the frozen kind Mcdonalds sell, frozen cost at most 15 cents gave me 1 and a partial. thought it would be home made type. tasteless... 2.5 stars. not a good value. take outs: -didn't peruse steam trays, should have. would have seen low quality of eats -server was courteous, microwaved my order..

Great food especially the chicken shawarma plate. I also had the lemonade it was delicious I definitely recommend this spot for lunch.

***update*** I'm updating my review and changing the one star to two, based on a message sent to me from the owner, Mohamad. He was very apologetic and explained he was out of town at the time this happened. Responding to my original post shows good customer service and care about his business. He offered lunch on the house but I've asked he instead review food safety with his staff so he can be sure they'll take care when he's away next time. I'll return on my own to give the food a second shot and will leave another review then***I love Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. I forgot my lunch today so ordered the Greek Plate as takeaway. The rice had a meally texture, the falafel was hard as a rock: one was barely edible but dry and the other two were just so stale I couldn't stab them with my plastic fork. Not able to eat those two items, I though I'd give the salad a shot. Bad idea, it was soaked in lemon juice to the point it just tasted like I was eating a raw lemon. Upon closer inspection, the parsley was brownish green which is highly suspect. I think the lemon was used to mask the flavor of rotten herbs. The hummus was missing as was the Greek salad. I wouldn't order from here again-crossing my fingers I don't end up with the scoots from the few bites I had. I suppose that's a Covid downfall...restaurants can't move food and don't have money to waste it but it's a terrible way to earn return business or encourage referrals.***3 hours later and the few bites I ate are causing cramping and other issues***

Great service, hospitality and people! Highly recommend for wonderful food! Great staff and appears to be family and friends oriented. My husband and I are on our honeymoon and made a pit spot for lunch. Cookies on the house!

Staying in downtown Oakland for a couple of days and my gf and I decided to give Fusion Mediterranean a try. It was pretty good! Especially the chicken. I don't know the name of it because I chose it off a picture from yelp. My girlfriend really liked the green goddess smoothie.
WWonderful food I had the Philly cheese steak, it was amazing great flavour delicious and also had a salmon locks which is also delicious. Mexican hot chocolate was on point. Can't wait to explore the menu more definitely coming back soon

Saw this pop up on yelp and dropped in for a smoothie when I felt unwell. There are a few places to get smoothies in city center but this one is by far the best. Fresh fruits and veggies, great customer service. Can't wait to come back and try more things!

I have not been in town lately bcz go the vireos ,does not look much when you walk past ,but I was so hungry so I popped in . the person behind the cash register approach me with nice smile and recommend the mediterranean plater I chose the Vegi but of course they have chicken and lamps too ... and wow ....there are no words.keep the good work and the great service be back very soon
