I've been sleeping on this place since it changed owners! I got the very reasonably priced Boat Deluxe, an appetizer combo, and the Kao Nam Tod, which comes loaded with fresh mint and lettuce: really good and crispy. All so fresh and delicious! I hope more people come out, as the restaurant usually seems empty.
They also make a great boba! My favorite has been the slushy passionfruit. They've got so much going for them.

Panang curry w/ chicken and sticky rice was fresh and delicious. Lunch options are great with some of the best Thai tea we’ve had recently, they even offer dairy alternatives. Service was quick and friendly. Would def go often for lunch and try Chef’s specials for dinner!

I've always really enjoyed eating here and it's close by, so easy pick up. The other day when I went in to get food, I noted they redecorated, and the space feels good. On top of that, I'm not sure what they changed about the food but WOW - the Panang Curry is insanely good. I just finished leftovers and while doing the happy food dance, I decided to leave a review. We also had Pad Thai and the crunchy shrimp app, which were both fantastic. Their service is always top notch and food is worth a try. I love this little neighborhood spot.

Grand Avenue Thai is five stars for food, ambiance, and service. The food is expertly cooked and comes out piping hot. The whole tilapia is fried to perfection. And the prices are great!

Great spot to get wonderful Thai food. The ginger salad is a MUST try, palate cleansing salad with fresh ginger strips, crunchy veggies topped off with nuts & a sweet dressing. The pad thai (beef) is also amazing with a sweet & tangy taste.
WOW - pumpkin curry is out of this world! Giant chunks of pumpkin and eggplant, with other veggies in this sweet creamy curry - I found my new favorite dish! Super pleased with the large portions of my takeout order. I had the pumpkin curry and papaya salad to go - both delicious! the curry puffs (appetizer) are also amazing

Not too pleased with the beef’n green curry dish. The tray of assorted appetizers were all fried and dried. My wife had a breaded fish mixed with vegetables. I had a beer and my wife had a glass of wine. Bill came to $80+ w/o tips. Overall, I’ve had better Thai food.

I had the pork pad see ew via Uber eats. It was bad. I've been to Thailand a couple times for what that's worth. My wife had the vegetarian pad see ew. She also didn't like hers.

So delicious. We were debating if we wanted thai food or not as we browsed the menu outside their front door and a gentleman came out and exclaimed to us how great it was. He told us we should definitely go for it. Once we went inside we were greeted immediately and give prompt & friendly service. The pan fried garlic pepper was delicious. Yellow curry was great and the Pad Pak was equally yummy. I honestly have no complaints and will definitely be visiting again
