This is a small community driven startup business. Delicious product. Great customer service. The pastries are amazing! Tender flaky, delicious and a variety of tasty flavos to choose from. Threre is a line that stretches around the block and is worth every penny. Do yourself a favor. Purchase a box ahead of time because they will sell out.
After several unsuccessful attempts, I finally managed to snag a box of these much-talked-about baked goods. While I was excited to try them, most of the flavors didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. The standout was the Plum & Oat Frangipane Pinwheel, absolutely delightful and, IMO, worth the price of admission on its own. Unfortunately, the rest felt underwhelming. I noticed a few other comments that were slightly negative and I would really emphasize that this bakery has very good quality ingredients and that if one has a palette adjusted to mass produced baked goods they might not enjoy.
