i am disgusted with the operations of this restaurant. It smelled like dirty mop as I entered which automatically ruined my appetite but I still ordered the Schnitzel. when I got my food... the veggies that came with it were ROTTEN, I was in disbelief! I told one of the workers named Miri and she tried to deny it and gave me an attitude, when I asked for it to be remade...she refused! So I just asked for a refund and she tossed the money on the table! i'm disgusted and disappointed especially since I love Mediterranean food. Avoid this place! Try something else, anywhere else is better than this place!

So delicious! I've never had anything here that wasn't amazing. The falafel balls are absolutely everything a falafel ball should be! And try the mint lemonade! Yumm!

Beware of Yelp deal: I heard of this place and the food was great, but they wouldn't honor the $5 Yelp credit I purchased. Even though the terms said they had to honor it. Again the food is good, just don't purchase the deal.

Mujdarrah and Kunefeh are exceptional! The kunefeh is so light and the mujdarrah so flavorsome. The Dolmas are also pretty good. My friend who had the meat dishes said they were fantastic and authentic. Service has been super friendly and the prices are more than reasonable.

Racist Lady towards Muslims! She was hella rude and disrespectful. I came in to pick up Yelp order and she said we don't have order and walked away. I asked if I can order since she can't find my order and she said I don't know what to tell you and walked away. Very racist and rude people. Ironic to call themselves "Holy Land."

Unfriendly customer service at this Restaurant has always been a problem. trust me, I've been coming here for over 20 years, when I need a Schnitzel fix. If it was only poor service during Covid time, I would understand. Each time I try to give it a "another chance", it gets worse. Wrong food, empty promises to "come in and we'll replace missing food you paid for", rude service. But today was my limit. OK fine, I will order and pay for my food in advance at the door, but when I tell you that I am eating at the table outside, and you see me seated at a table outside (with no other customers around) waiting for my food, after leaving a VERY generous tip in the cup, you can't put my food on a paper plate at least? Or actually bring it to me at the table? Or give me a knife? And then, after I finish my meal at the table, and separate out the compost, recycling and garbage into neat piles to make it easier for him to clean up, he tells me that I am to bus my own table and put everything in the dumpster alongside the building !!!!! Unbelievable! Never again.

Was super excited to see a vegan chicken option. It was... ok. Nothing to write home about. Maybe too much sauce as the pita got way too soggy before I could finish. This place was filthy, though. Inside looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. Handed me a drink that had dirt all over the top of the can. When I asked for a clean one he struggled to find one and just had to clean one off. And no seasoning on the fries. Like zero salt. I wanted to like this place, but damn. They also had only one person working. Granted, we were the only people there at lunch time, but no wonder it's hard to keep up with everything when you're the only one on staff. Hire the man some help.
