Got the hue style salted cream Vietnamese coffee and the Ube matcha! Absolutely delicious. I haven’t stopped talking about it since and will be back!

I know Vietnamese coffee is usually a good balance of bitter and sweet, but the drinks I got here were so bitter I couldn’t even finish mine. I’m not sure if it was just an off day. The cream topping, however, was really good
I can't begin to describe the love I have for this place. I don't think I can ever leave Oakland because that would mean no house of phin 🥺
Always the nicest workers, awesome vibes. Thanks for always making each visit a treat <3

Delicious. The Hue-Style Salted Cream coffee is absolutely insane, and their croissants are some of the freshest and flakiest around. Idk if I’ll be able to get coffee anywhere else now.

The barista is so helpful. This is the first time frequenting this establishment. She told us what was the most popular and what they were known for. She also told us the history behind this special coffee. We got a Hanoi coffee and a low sugar latte, iced. Also and ube waffle. The coffee was so smooth and blended. The staff was so friendly. I will frequent this place often. Fine parking on the street as close as possible. Six places to sit against the window, but you probably would get this coffee to go

Hung out here for a day while catching up on some work. It's a nice little shop... some bar sitting areas along the window-side of the cafe and found a place to charge up my laptop a bit. I loved the House of Phin classic! Great drink- so sweet and tasty and perfect for sipping on as the ice melts away. I also tried the pork floss bun, which tastes just as it sounds and I loved it! Reminded me of a green onion bun with that added pork floss flavor. For all of what International is like, it was a sunny and quiet day along the street which made for a nice working atmosphere. :) Friendly folks who greet everyone walking in and make some great snacks! I do wish they had a bathroom as it makes it tough for hanging around too long.

Great service and tasty coffee. Got a ca phe coco crush and it was not too sweet. The pastries also looked very appetizing—will try next time.
7/26: tried their pandan coffee and it was also amazing!

All the drinks and snacks I’ve tried are amazing, but ordering in advance is frustrating and nothing is ever ready when it says it will be. There’s been a couple times when I’ve ordered in advance and am told my order is ready but needs to be iced, and wind up waiting 10-15 minutes longer. Not sure if they’re waiting for water to freeze or if they’re being dishonest, but if you’re unable to fulfill online orders in a timely manner why even have the option?

I stumbled on House of Phin when I was in the area picking up a banh mi sandwich. And I am so glad that I did. The staff was delightful, the space was super cute, and per the barista's suggestion, I ordered the Hanoi Egg Coffee, which was delicious. Strong, creamy, and not too sweet. Can't wait to go back to try more.
