I tried their Hello Pandan drink. It has pandan milk topped with Phin-dripped black Vietnamese coffee. The pandan flavor is great, but I wish the coffee taste was stronger.

The coffee here is pretty strong and not sweet. The croissants are also very interesting here

Cool drinks, yummy baked goods, awesome staff, sweet vibe. A real neighborhood joint with lots of great choices, including not just bona fide Vietnamese phin coffee, but also vegan and caffeine-free options. They also have boba, pudding, and jelly add-ins, with coconut, pandan, ube, and black sesame items. Just do it :)

As a Vietnamese coffee lover i've been on the hunt for a good local Vietnamese coffee spot until I found House of Phin on Instagram !!! The variety of drinks caught my eye so I came early in the morning before work to give it a try. The Hello Pandan and Good Morning Em are my favorites so far ! Perfect bitter/sweet ratio. Also love coming here because of the lovely baristas they are so kind (:

The girl at the cashier was very delightful, recommended the most popular coffee and was super friendly.

Their drinks are as bitter and sweet as you'd expect for authentic Viet coffee. The egg coffee is much richer and has a smooth texture. I'd prefer a smaller size as the drinks are strong and bitter. More seating would be nice - this place seems focused on takeout. Drinks do come out quickly

Food and drinks are unique and authentic! Don’t let is location scare you from giving this place a visit. The coffee here will slap you in the face so proceed with caution. I got the Saigon by Night which is the Black Sesame Vietnamese Coffee and I love how the hint of black sesame is still there but not too overpowering or too sweet and the Viet coffee was a nice punch in the face. Pastries here are great!!! The fresh ube waffles were crispy and the croissant pandan coconut had coconut flakes in the crispy, warm croissant! Definitely will be returning here and hopefully come on a good day when Ba Le (across the street) is open.
