The best food I've had in the U.S. in two weeks and cheap too. We had a plate of fantastic homemade noodles with vegetables and a bowl of tasty ramen with fish and vegetables. We will go back and recommend it to our friends.

This unassuming quiet spot is one of my favorite handmade noodle places! It's great value for money and has a couple of vegan options - I usually get the chongqing street noodles for the mala numbing oomph. I love the sides too - highly recommend the potato, cucumber and mushroom fungus. Always a go to for me whenever I'm in Oakland!

Flavorful chinese food with enough options for vegetarians to enjoy!! Compared to the size of their menu, veggie options are very few, but the ones that can be ordered are very tasty. Ma Po Tofu looked sweet but had perfect spice, Seasame noodles & veggie fried noodles were mild. Best were the Chongqing street style noodles that they made vegetarian and it was delicious with peanuts.
As you leave the host nicely says "See you tomorrow"!! If I had lived there I would go back for the food for sure.

Really great no-frills noodles spot! We came with a group of 24 to celebrate the opening of a project and I called ahead to book it, they were happy to accommodate us and the experience was great. Highly recommend!!
