Introducing our November coffee of the month: New Guinea. This Indonesian gem offers a medium-heavy body with low acidity and medium bitterness, creating a smooth, balanced cup. It starts with toasted walnut and persimmon notes, then evolves into an earthy blend of sage and subtle milk chocolate. The finish is quick and herbal with a touch of dryness, making this coffee a truly distinctive delight for your taste buds. We invite you to savor this exquisite coffee experience. Roast Color: Dark Cupping Notes: Toasted Walnut, Persimmon, Sage Story: This coffee is sourced from family owned farms. Each producer cultivates coffee on 1 to 2 hectares of land. The coffee is fully washed and sun dried at the mill, which has been in operation for over 40 years. The mill has become a place of common ground for producers who have traditionally been in conflict because of tribal differences. The mill owner, Brian Leahy, makes a bonus payment after the harvest to farmers who consistently deliver quality cherries.

The breakfast burrito and coffee were amazing. The cafe is cute in a great location with large windows and both indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly service if they know you. Not so much if you are a newbie. And if you love loud dance music at 7:00 AM, then this place is for you.

What a great freaking café. The prices are immaculate. I love that. They have decaf coffee, which can sometimes be hard to find. The staff was amazing. I have nothing but amazing things to say.
