Introducing our November coffee of the month: New Guinea. This Indonesian gem offers a medium-heavy body with low acidity and medium bitterness, creating a smooth, balanced cup. The finish is quick and herbal with a touch of dryness, making this coffee a truly distinctive delight for your taste buds. We invite you to savor this exquisite coffee experience. Roast Color: Dark Cupping Notes: Toasted Walnut, Persimmon, Sage Story: This coffee is sourced from family owned farms. Each producer cultivates coffee on 1 to 2 hectares of land. The coffee is fully washed and sun dried at the mill, which has been in operation for over 40 years. The mill has become a place of common ground for producers who have traditionally been in conflict because of tribal differences. The mill owner, Brian Leahy, makes a bonus payment after the harvest to farmers who consistently deliver quality cherries.

Me and my boyfriend stopped here before work as we had an hour to kill. I was looking around google to find a place that was close by our jobs and came across Hudson Bay Café. Let me tell you this place did NOT disappointment. It was such a cute little café, and parking was easy to find. They had a ton of options on their menu, but we both got the breakfast burrito which is the best we ever had. We left and still talked about how good the breakfast burrito was. They had a good...

The breakfast burrito and coffee were amazing. The cafe is cute in a great location with large windows and both indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly service if they know you. Not so much if you are a newbie. And if you love loud dance music at 7:00 AM, then this place is for you.

What a great freaking café. The prices are immaculate. I love that. They have decaf coffee, which can sometimes be hard to find. The staff was amazing. I have nothing but amazing things to say.
