Overall impressed with my sandwich. Given all the hype, I was sort of hoping they would use fresh roast turkey versus that moist, ultra hydrated turkey luncheon meat. It just seems like that would be a easy alternative for a standout sandwich. The service was fast and friendly. This is a takeout only restaurant, but there are plenty of dining tables outdoors next to the Safeway. The restaurant is reasonably tidy. All in all I would say a solid three-star experience.

One of worse IKE ever. The server got the order wrong twice. Changed hands 3 times in the middle of making the sandwich. No supervisor to speak of.

Very slow service LLLLLLLLL
I had a very good experience in this place, people are very nice and friendly. The food was on point I ordered a Michael Jordan and it was totally worth it. Also I went on lunch time and I didn’t expected to get my sandwich too fast, I will come back soon.

I bought a tuna sandwich here and added ingredients that I wanted. They specialize in big sandwiches which are pretty good. Unfortunately the staff were unpleasant and not familiar with the ingredients of the sandwiches. Just a fast food place.
Nice people, thanks for helping us create a gluten free and vegan sandwich. It was good!If possible, I would love even more options that are gluten free and vegan. Perhaps a soy based meat or tofu could be added to the menu?
I'll acknowledge the workers seem quite busy, but the service was rude. When I asked about a price discrepancy in my order from what was on the menu, the worker blamed me for not seeing a yellow sticker/sign that said: under construction. She asked me "you can't see that? It says under construction".1st of all, of course I didn't, that's why I was confused.2nd of all, how does that explain why I'm being charged more.I know I wasn't the 1st person to ask this -- another customer told me he had the same interaction with the worker. If she knows this is a recurring issue, then be proactive in explaining the situations to customers or more understanding when the customers are confused.I know it's MLK Day, and we all would prefer commemorating the holiday rather than being stressed at work, but don't take that frustration out on customers.
Today 11/12/21 I ordered a sandwich online during a lunch rush. Gotta say they had orders coming in like I've never seen before. I got my sandwich after only waiting a few minutes, and it was made correctly. Contrary to the basic Rockridge woman with her giant stroller in the store complaining that things were disorganized. Its called being busy lady, so shut up and wait for your name to be called.Respect to the girl making the sandwiches, she deserves a raise. I appreciate you and your hard work if you ever see this.

The service was great. The worker who attended me was very nice very friendly and on point. I think her name was Gaby. Overall the service was great. I’m for sure coming back the sandwiches were really good.
I had a pastrami sandwich, it was really good. The person at the counter was nice, and it was quick. They got my name wrong for the order, but that's a nitpick. Overall 5 stars.
I’m a big fam of Ike’s sandwiches. I was dissappointed by this location. They were out of tomatoes, but I didn’t care, but I should have followed my instincts by how gloomy the inside of the store was. Stale bread and tasteless sauce just made me throw the entire thing away.
Love the cheese sticks and jalapenos poppers. Going to get again tomorrow for lunch!!!
The menage with its honey halal chicken is my jam
