My cashier at lunchtime was the best ever. She brought me smiles and fresh cooked food. It was tasty.😊❤️ And she had a sense of humor that made me laugh. My lunch was at 1 o'clock, so the lady that was Latina. Has great customer service 5 starshe was my cashier around 1 o'clock.You know who you are thank you

The Late crew, specifically the older lady, one of the WORST teams in fast food. Multiple times, they have lost my food, or given the order to someone else, and offer no apology for their behavior. There is now a new hire in there, and he's no better

Takes over 50 minutes to prepare 2 items. Had uber eats cancel on me and change drivers multiple times because the food took too long prepare. I also got the wrong drink and by the time food came, it was freezing cold, stale, and soggy. Called the store numerous times, they hung up on the spot. The customer service is terrible, not recommended since I have to reorder and wait an additional hr and a half. 0/10 experience, especially as a college student during finals craving food at night

The service is terrible, at the time of ordering in Spanish, the one who takes the orders told me that she speaks little Spanish, so I spoke to her in English then she answered me in Spanish and she treated me very badly, her name is Azucena. To top it all off, Azucena is Mexican.
Super frustrated after placing my order through the mobile app only to find out when picking up that there are 2 locations on Telegraph Ave. My mistake but then to discover that I couldn't cancel the order through the app and had to drive to the other one in order to do so is just dumb. Still rating it high though since that is a corporate issue, not the individual location. I share this just to make people aware.
Jack has gone down hill in the past few years. In my opinion. Sometimes it's edible, sometimes it's slop. Then, this one time I ordered a strawberry shake and what I got was a cup full of whipped cream with the strawberry flavor mixed in. Don't know what was up.
