Jules is my go-to when craving a thin crust pizza. I'm definitely a fan of thick buttery crust but sometimes you want to switch it up! Jules offers many tasty pizza options, as well as salads. They also offer white, whole wheat and gluten free crusts. As well as 3 different sizes, mini (2 slices), medium (4 slices), and large (6-8 slices). I previously ordered a medium and it felt like a large! No complaining!Regarding COVID: takeout and delivery only. You can order online, by phone, or in person at the front of the restaurant. Social distancing and masks are enforced. I really appreciate the safety measures! Thanks Jules!

Got the veggie but with no sauce or cheese it tasted like a mediocre salad on bread but with no dressing. Left me sad. Great service though!

Used to be my favorite pizza place when Jules was still in Danville. Tried the berkeley site since I had a craving...did take out and the deliciousness just was not the same. Thought it may be due to the skeletal staff during this crazy covid time. I'll give them another try when next I get that Jules Pizza craving.

Fast service! The gentleman at the counter thoughtfully asked to cut our pizza in small pieces so our group could share.

The quality of the crust and of the toppings has gone down recently, or so it feels. Good pick up service at the counter though

I actually like this pizza and appreciate the gluten-free and healthy options, but I don't recommend it unless you don't care what you get. The past few times I've tried ordering the customer service was terrible. The first time I ordered and pre-paid over the phone and drove over to pick it up only to be told that they had run out of gluten free dough and only asked if I wanted a regular crust instead--no phone call ahead of time. As I had hungry people at home I opted for the regular crust and wait but I wasn't offered a discount or anything additional. The second time, my roommate and I ordered via Doordash and they sent the wrong order. We re-ordered and they sent the same wrong order again. When we called they said they had read the ticket wrong (twice) and again didn't offer us anything. I think that might be the end of my business.

I love Jules pizza. They have healthy organic ingredients. Nothing like a glyphosate/Roundup free pizza. And their customer service is great!

Yet again, another place with so-so pizza that is popular. Slices are ready to go (so if you're in a rush it's relatively fast). The crust is like eating on a soggy cracker. The toppings are fun but don't make up for the crust. Interior is small so not much seating. Kids like the square cut cheese but I've never really enjoyed it.

Extremely disappointing...price excessive given that the "Mediterranean pizza" had nothing cooked on it. Only a very, very thin sweep of tomato paste on the gluten free crust, and cut-up tomatoes and lettuce, with a few olives scattered on top. I had experienced better there.......

I ordered the House Made Sausage pizza & it was delicious! During these hard times, they try there best to deliver great food & they did! I will be coming back for more :)

Yay! A pizza place with delicious gluten free pizza!! I love thin crust and really miss pizza since going gluten free, so it's nice to find places like this! They have a good selection of toppings and seasonings and honestly this is tasty pizza. The GF medium is a good size I think. My husband has celiac and is also allergic to dairy so he has had cheese-less pizza here, which he said was pretty good. It's nice that you can just create your own and they make it pretty quickly. My husband is also allergic to yeast (I know, the list of allergies is long), and so it's hard to find pizza crust that accommodates all of his allergies- but this place surprisingly does! The staff is friendly, the place is open and bright and a nice spot to casually hang out.

Jules Thin Crust, in my opinion based on photographic evidence and sleuthing, committed fraud by pretending that they source local, sustainable and humane when they are actually not. This all started after I decided to give up all animal products in my diet a few years ago. I came here for the gluten-free pizza (can't eat any gluten at all) of which I was told was also vegan, both on their website and from an employee. Fast forward, after eating this crust many times, I overheard an employee state that the crust is not vegan because it contains eggs. I asked the employee if they were positive and they said yes because he makes it. I then went to the website and verified that it did contain eggs. I then attempted to call headquarters to complain and ended up calling a store location in Pennsylvania. I was told emphatically that the crust is vegan. WHAT?!?! I called another location and was told the same. During this time, I noticed claims on their website discuss local and sustainable sourcing. The problem is it's all a lie. Over the course of around two months, we obtained pictures of a lot (most) of the products they source and it's all factory farmed, mainstream conventional products. The issue is not whether or not they are sustainable and if that matters, but rather lying about it. They have the right to serve whatever they want. They can't lie about it though. The owner should publicly apologize for defrauding people but our guess is instead they will attempt to get this post removed. (Update, the owner did have it removed. I am currently working with a free speech rights attorney who is prepared to send letter to Yelp advising them that taking this down is against my free speech rights.)

I used to love this place . It was my go to spot for healthy pizza everything was fresh . My favorite pizza was the pesto / goat cheese omg so bomb . Pros : very friendly staff Pizza is fresh drinks ( beer, wine , etc ) Cons : Tables had so much residue Glasses for water were dirty Bathroom was disgusting They need to provide a hand soap dispenser Sriracha sauce tops were disgusting The cashier that helped us was very kind , but when she brought our pizza to our table she saw the seat next to us had food all over from the previous customer , she said she was going to clean it up . But literally left it there the whole time. So we weren't too happy about that .
