I have never been inside a store or restaurant that hot in my life! It was at least 20 to 30° warmer than outside. It's s horrifying that those kind employees have to deal with that kind of treatment from a global company that has more than enough money to have air conditioning in every store.

Ordered and delivered by Uber Eats but the problems weren't from the delivery - the chicken seemed like it was dry when it left the store! The chicken (1 original drumstick, 1 original thigh and 1 crispy wing) were all dry and some were stringy. Ordered many times before and when I got it home (about 20 minutes travel time) it was still very moist and tender.

The worst KFC experience I had. Served me a chicken sandwich that doesn’t even closely resemble what it should be. The employees dismissed my complaint and said that this is how it should look like. This is a food safety issue and I suggest everyone to avoid this branch. It could be incompetence or worse, intentional negligence from the employees.
Chicken had no taste and not fresh, tasted like it was cooked days ago then heated up before served. No hint of "herbs and spices", biscuit and mashed potato also had no flavor. Not good. I should have looked at the reviews before going...everyone else is saying the same.

The food was just awful It tasted like it had been sitting there for at least 30 to 40 minutes prior to them putting it into a container and serving me it. I ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets and apple bites and they were all really bad dry cold and not even worth eating.
It's KFC and it has a flavor that you love. This franchise has been one of my favorites. Even when they have long lines. The servers are always straight to the point yet friendly.Highlight- Taco Bell is here

Shameful that you can only get served drive-thru, when they have a lobby. I live two blocks away. It's nonsense to sit in a car, waste gas and time, to get food.

Bad attention. The manager kicked us
