The chicken is definitely old it is dry the bisket eas so stale it all crumbled apart when squezed... to dry and hard to bite. the manager Candy was so difficult when my sodas were wrong. ima just call this a loss, do better kfc

Maaaannnn, dining in aint happening anytime soon! Its been closed for months now & only order by drive-through or online and that ain't cool!! Been waiting for it to open and I wonder why they closed ordering inside :( I know KFC food is always hitting! I ordered on the app, got there & my order wasn’t in the system after arriving 15 minutes late. Today my food was HORRIBLE all except the mashed potatoes. I ordered the 5 pieces of chicken, 2 sides: mashed potatoes & gravy and corn, 2 biscuits & 2 drinks. My chicken was dry, smelly, & nasty. My corn was also dry & nasty. My biscuits were smashed. I got 4 strawberry creme pie poppers & every last one was HORRIBLE! Either missing the filling or the others were so dry I couldn’t taste the filling. I wasted my money!!! Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take pictures before I began eating this food. So disappointing after having a very positive experience in the past. I will NOT be returning… The window cashier was pleasant though.

The food is priced at $70 for 12 piece chicken and 2small sides before tax who’s supposed to be able to buy this but in other states it’s sold a lot cheaper they take advantage of people in California this is not fair and it makes people who are struggling struggle more just to eat the Bay Area is not the same anymore , after paying this price we asked for plates they had none asked for hot sauce she gave 4 no drinks bad service 4-27-2024 at 10:25 am
