My latte was amazing !! Only bummer is they charged me extra for oat milk I didn’t ask for then the person ringing me up gave me silence & just stared at me when I mentioned if I could just have regular milk. The barista was attentive & quick to only add regular milk however. I think they are still training so it was hopefully an accident but I would not have gotten the latte if I knew it was gonna be $8 forced oat milk type situation. Otherwise , I love going here :)!
Great food and coffee. A good stop for a quick, easy bite. Staff are friendly, direct, and warm.

I have been a regular customer at this coffee shop for two years and today received the worst customer service I have ever had here. The register person knew nothing about the menu items and seems very spaced out. The coffee was lukewarm and when I asked for a warm-up, I was told no and rudely told I would have to wait four minutes for a new pot. when I commented to my companion, not the staff!! that I felt like I was in the twilight zone I was then attacked by someone I think...
