I found it mediocre. Generally the flavors tasted off/strange, and it's not because I'm against a sweet red sauce. We ordered a 12" combination, the crust is pretty good but the sausage tasted weird, and the flavors just weren't great together. Even the pepperoni Detroit didnt taste that great (the pepperoni was fine) and was missing a lot of cheese in the middle, despite ordering extra cheese. Sorry I really wanted to like it but I didn't. My husband found it okay, but not great.

Need to try a plain cheese to give a fair opinion. I like the thin east coast crust. Though the larger cupping pepperoni n sausage was oily and soggy. Browned butter cookie was soft with a little crisp to the edges. Chewie n chocolaty.

My gals know I'm normally a Square Pie Guys girl but had to have some pizza on my "cheat day" after my walk around Lake Merrill. I was licking my chops!!!! So yummy and DELISH, if you eat here prepared to have your socks knocked off. Now I know where to get pizza pies for my nieces and nephews for Tim's birthday extravaganza. LOVE IT!

I called first to make sure they were open as they do not open up early even on a weekend. They have slices for sale to our surprise so we ordered a cheese and a pepperoni and sat outside on their sidewalk chairs and table. They are currently not allowing indoor seating. The slices are $4 each and they are big slices but super oily which I used a napkin to absorb the oil before taking a bite. It had good flavor and even the crust was yummy.

Easily best pizza in Oakland. Crust has never been this good (I'm the type of guy who doesn't eat crust and throws it away)Got the combo last month, got the margherita yesterday.. both are excellent. Haven't tried the deep dish /Detroit style yet. Try it and sing the praises of perfect pizza ,I have .No pics as I couldn't wait to eat it.Pro tip: fire up a skillet , place pizza on for 2 minutes, now you got a crispy crust

We had a simple pepperoni pizza and loved it. I will say if you like the brick fire-oven baked pizza this is perfect! You get a little bit of char and the crust is nice and crispy. At this time they do only take orders online.

It's really great delicious wood burning oven pizzas! The pain is though that need to order online only. Even if you stop by then need to order online at the store! Service is extremely slow! Consider to order hours before when you need your pizza!

The pizza by the slice I've gotten here has consistently been burned on the bottom and / or so tough and chewy that half way through a slice my jaw actually hurts too bad to finish the rest. Really disappointing since I live nearby and have never had issues like this with any other pizza.
