I've been eyeing Lemon Pepper for some time, and recently, my partner mentioned cravings for noodle soup. Perfect opportunity to try LPVC!We arrived, and took about 5 minutes to look for street parking. We entered the store around 11:30 or so, and it was cuter than I was expecting. There were some nice decor and I liked the interior paint colors. We were quickly served and the food came out within 8-10 minutes. We ordered #9 & #10 and both hit the spot. I ate #9 and everything was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly and every component was 10/10. Delicious. I tried the broth from #10 and it was so delicious. My partner really enjoyed it. We left satisfied and look forward to returning! They had a sign that they will be temporarily closed part of august 2023 through November 2023. We look forward to visiting when they return!

Lemon Pepper is a secret! You could easily drive by and not notice this restaurant but double back! Lemon Pepper is family owned, the wife does the cooking, the husband whose name is "Long" takes the orders and you get generous servings of good, authentic Vietnamese food! The "father" whom you won't see makes an incredibly delicious hot sauce that might not be on the tables. ?Come check out their menu. Everything is always fresh and good! Sometimes, especially on cold days, I just order their Phó broth!The biggest secret and known by very few is... Lemon Pepper has THE BEST Vietnamese Coffee in all of Oakland!

It is too bad that the outside environment on the street is so horrific because this is a very sweet restaurant. The service was warm and attentive, and the pho was excellent albeit with a little too much MSG for my taste.
Must try if you are craving for noodles! One of the best tasting noodles in the East Bay. I will highly recommend the dry egg noodles with soup on the side. The Sate Beef is delicious but lacks a bit of the peanut sauce and spice. Service is excellent very attentive and friendly. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. Regardless if you are craving for some noodles must try!! Ambiance inside is clean, and plenty of seats.

Noodles is life for me. I'm sure I've said this plenty of times in my noodle/ pho spots I've reviewed here on Yelp! Sooooo let me be honest. I saw this spot being reviewed on tik tok - don't judge me. HHahah. I ordered the dry noodles with a side of the broth and I had a Thai ice tea. I popped in after getting my hair done in Alameda that day. It was lunch time and I was starving! I wish we had a spot like this closer to home. I was so full and happy after this meal. It made the trip over the bay bridge more bearable! This place is worth it ! I'll have to come back to try the rice dishes and take some to go meals back with me.

Great spot for hu tieu. My usual order is the one with the soup on the side and mixed noodles. The hu tieu comes with a medley of stuff ie, quail eggs, crispy pork skin, shrimp etc. The mixed noodles consist of egg noodles and pho noodles. I like to add all the sauces into the dry noodles and have the clear clean soup on the side to wash it down.Def come check this place out.

Phò so good it's therapeutic. Discovered this location after visiting a shop nearby and loved it. The ingredients are fresh, the prices pretty affordable and the location is casual. The service was friendly, cheerful and on point. I will be making another visit very soon. Thank you for your dedication to authentic Vietnamese food!

Just discovered this humble, clean viet food. Hu tieu dry noodle is extremely good. The owner is the sweetest person. And the bathrooms are super clean, which is rare for restaurants.Need to go back and try their spring rolls
