Delicious pho ga. Soup is on point. Full of flavor.
Banh cuon is incredible, probably best I've had. I think what works so well and makes them stand out is that the rice wrapping they do remind me of HK style rice noodle rolls, which give them this whole new dimension of textural depth. The pho bo here is alright it's a bit sweet and portion size a bit lacking
