We loved Lo Coco’s. I think that if you like a doughy crust with a good crunch, this is the place for you. The toppings aren’t just american normal toppings, but seem to be seriously sicilian inspired. We got the half weekly special and half combination pizza! I have never liked artichokes more. May just be the best fresh pasta and bread I've had in the Bay Area in 8+ years of dining all over. Easily beats some of the other popular options like Flour + Water or Belotti Ristorante E Bottega. The free fresh bread was so good we could barely concentrate on the menu to order. Both the tomato-based and the pesto-based sauces were amazing, as was the pasta they were on top of. Delicious dishes! It’s been a while since we’ve been here, but it’s by far, my favorite for Italian. It’s as close as we can get to Italy, but locally. It’s got a nice, chill and relaxed atmosphere. Great place for a small group since it’s a smaller space.
