Edit 5/22/2025: Our worst fear came true as gunfire erupted outside of lounge 3411 and 2 people were shot, one fatally. Victims and perperator were all bar patrons.
Original review: The place is dirty and run down, I've seen broken glass, urine and vomit along the side of the building. Grease from food prepared outside is dumped on the street and sidewalk and piles of garbage bags are piled up next to the outdoor seating area. Patrons will often double park, block crosswallks and even park on the sidewalk. Patrons parked on the sidewalk will blast loud music and keep drinking in their cars well past midnight. This place could be a real asset for the area, instead in operates like a slum establishment and brings down the character of the entire neighborhood.

First time here came alone was welcomed by locals and all attendees karaoke was fire drinks were reasonable 5$-7$ dollar shots there were games like dominoes available it’s always nice to have other things to do rather than just drink.

Lounge 3411 In the owner, Stephanie it’s an amazing person. I’m a local artist based out of Oakland. I did a good many art events at her location . and had great success at each event that I done there the atmosphere is welcoming. Drinks are amazing. The food is amazing and if you’re a local artist that’s looking to have work, put up or wanna get seen That’s the place to be my experience working with her, which is overall amazing great, and I’ll do it again anytime of the day.

Food is set up outside around 9 p.m. Inside you can grab a bag of chips to hold you. The drinks are good and priced less than the Laurel Lounge. I was there on a Friday night and had lots of fun listening to the karaoke singers.

If you and your friends are looking for a hangout spot, head over to 3411 – it's the spot to be if you're interested in meeting guys, lol. Just a quick tip: the karaoke section is fantastic, and it's great they've included a female touch. The place gets busy quickly, so make sure to arrive early. The atmosphere at 3411 is truly like a family.
