Amazing spot! The menu was very clear about dietary restrictions, and the fact that it’s an entirely gluten free establishment made me feel very safe in ordering. Portions for the bowls were fantastic (yay leftovers for lunch the next day!), and shout out to the many dressing/sauce options available. Finding gluten free teriyaki sauce AND vegan ranch to dip their delicious cauliflower wings? A major win!
Only caveat to note is the cookie dough potion is quite small for the price, but I do love to support Sweet Loren’s when I can.
Overall, so happy to have found this spot, and will definitely be ordering from here when I’m visiting Oakland again!

Dietary restrictions: The entire kitchen is dedicated gluten free, and all their menu items clearly state dietary restriction matches. There are many vegan options to accommodate as well!

This was my second time ordering from this kitchen both times I paid an extra ($2) for mushrooms in my Lulu's Loco Moco bowl and received maybe 7-8 small sliced portobello mushrooms. I texted solicited feedback to the restaurant and the person managing the feedback assured me that they would resolve this matter swiftly and speak with the folks in the kitchen and to please text before ordering again to ensure this issue doesn't happen again.I ordered again the following night and in addition to the Lulu's Loco Moco bowl which comes with sweet potato salad, I ordered the impossible pot stickers. I texted the manager of the initial feedback thread this order as they instructed the night before to ensure this order would not have any issues. Again, the mushrooms I paid an additional $2 for were non existent but everything else was charred, hard and had a burnt taste and the impossible pot stickers I ordered had some smashed orange filling inside that WASN'T impossible meat nor did it taste like impossible meat. I texted the feedback thread AGAIN to voice my concerns and they apologized again and requested that I reach out to GrubHub for a refund, they then offered me $10 off my next order but only through their website. I politely declined citing a mistake repeated is not a mistake, it's a decision and these two experiences were too much of an inconvenience that cost me time and energy that I could not get back. so no thank you! I cannot in good faith recommend this restaurant.

I ordered through ubereats and I enjoyed this bowl immensely I will be ordering again soon.
