The Chicken Katsu and Pork Katsu are fried to perfection; I've had katsu at over 40 restaurants in the Bay Area, Japan, and Hawaii, and these are among the best in terms of texture and crunch. Unfortunately, it isn't very flavorful.I picked up this order from a ghost kitchen location.
I didn't get to try this restaurant in person as my friend ordered door dash for us. We had an event to go to so the food sat for a bit, but even with a couple hours' wait it was still soooo tasty and delicious, I can't wait to try again when it's fresh.We ordered the deluxe Katsu and it was perfect for two, with large portions! Deluxe chicken Katsu is the best ;) two people portion. This is by far the closest taste to what I ate in Japan and Hawaii. I wish they have their own front shop so we can eat them when it really hot and crispy ? keep up the good work.
