Maadi Selam is an exceptional restaurant with delicious food and a memorable dining experience. The ambiance and service are exceptional. The injera is fluffy with a perfect hint of sourness. Dishes like the beef tartar, hummus, and other meat dishes are outstanding and amazing. The veggie combo, which includes seven different dishes like hummus, red lentils, and greens, is also exceptional with great variety and large portions. The Shiro was decent but a bit salty. The fish sandwich is very large. Coffee is nice and reasonably priced. The service is attentive and quick. Street parking is not difficult to find. It is a place customers love and look forward to coming back to.
