Great place to stop by for lunch, and now they're open Monday too. I love the pork bahn mi, the meat is flavorful and the sandwiches are stuffed with ingredients. Definitely recommend the freshly made lemonade as well, it's tart and flavorful.

Delicious sandwiches and pho. Support this awesome local spot so they can thrive and grow their business!

BEWARE. THERE IS NO BATHROOM AVAILABLE HERE! Besides that, super packed and yummy banh mi. A little pricier than places down on International Blvd (but also those sandwiches there are like $2 - 3... soooo), but if you're in the area, definitely something to try. When I went, there was only one person making sandwiches. I'm unsure if that's the deal daily, but be prepared for a little wait. The sandwiches were WORTH it though. I got the combo banh mi and it was filled with meats, carrots, cucumbers, peppers, and cilantro. The baguette was soft, yet had a subtle crunch to it which was definitely super satisfying. If I could eat 2 of those sandwiches, I would've.

I really wanted to like this new spot.....went here after an appointment (suggested by my dentist's office)in the area at about 11:35am (the restaurant opens at 11am) I ordered the chicken and shrimp vermicelli plate to go....I'll get to the point, the chicken was so dried out that edges were translucent, it reminded me of chicken jerky. The chicken was obviously cooked a long time ago....maybe even the day before....smh....the shrimp were decent I should note. Overall the plate lacked flavor despite the added fish sauce. The customer service was friendly and good so I gave an extra star, but I won't be back.

Tiny place, peaceful, clean and the food was really good and simply.

Hungry for a bahn mi, I decided to try this place as it was close. Street parking was relatively easy. I decided to have the grilled beef bahn mi, and requested it with extra jalapeños to make it spicy. It didn't take that long to make and I took it home to eat. After feeling the french baguette, I noticed it was soft and not crunchy. A big problem for me, as I like mines to be crunchy and crisp. Sure enough, as I bite into it, it was soft. A big disappointment for me, as this is not how the bread should be. The grilled beef was seasoned and flavored well. The pickled vegetables had a nice tang to it. But it was the baguette that I could not get over. Maybe it was a bad day for there bread delivery. But I think I will have to try another place.

Decent banh MI place but definitely had better. Parking can be a bit tough. They do have some tables inside and outside for you to eat. We got the combo and pork banh MI and vietnamese coffee. We thought it was a bit bland and the pickled radishes and carrots were not pickled enough but the ingredients were pretty fresh. It was also the longest we've ever waited for a banh MI. We were looking for something quick since we were short on time but ended up not having enough time to eat right away because of the wait. They didn't seem that busy either since there was only one other person ahead of us. Vietnamese coffee tasted a bit off from what I'm used to. I think it might have been their Condense milk. They also sell ice cream macroons which looked pretty good. Didnt get a chance to try though.

Just bomb! The bread was so fresh and crunchy! One sandwich wouldn't do so I ordered two, Chicken and Combo. Combo was definitely my favorite. The service was wonderful, friendly and fast. Super clean inside with a few tables, a bench and outdoor seating as well.

Tony makes the best custom Vietnamese coffee! All sandwiches can also be custom made to order. Great corner cafe!

Where have you been all my life! I'm in the area often for doctors visits for my kiddo. I thought it was a new spot since it's never popped up on my Yelp before. The super nice guy taking our order said they've been here for about 4 years but were a pop up before. Cute little place on the corner with limited parking... although I was able to park right in the front:-) simply and well decorated and very clean and bright! Everyone was very welcoming and thorough. We had initially ordered Togo but as soon as my son saw that they had PHO, we decided to eat a portion here. Chicken Banh Mi 5/5 HUGE SANDWICHES! Combo Banh Mi 5/5 Papaya Salad 5/5 Chicken Pho 4/5 Bbq Chicken over rice 4/5 I'll be back

Pretty solid Banh mi's and vermicelli. The Banh mis are averaged sized and the insides are pretty tasty. They don't skimp on peppers so if you can handle spicy I would ask them to remove it. The vermicelli I had was pretty avg, nothing amazing so I would stick to the Banh mi (the vermicelli is on the blander side).

My friend and I have been craving good banh mi ever since we moved to Berkeley. We have tried multiple places and this exceeds everything. BEST BANHMI EVER. we have already came here twice and we just found it yesterday. We recommend the pork banh mi. Beautiful. It will give u a ratatouille moment. The pork melts the most intense flavor into ur mouth and combined with fresh cilantro (which are home grown whatttt??) and the other veggies is FIRE. 6/5.

Six stars for sure!!! Friendly service and the most tasty Beef Banh Mi in California! Juicy flavorful beef, fresh vegetables and herbs, topped with well balanced sauce, and wrapped in soft, crisp bread. Corner street restaurant with large windows, seating both inside and outside, I will come back to this gem!
