McDonald's is ridiculous. The patties are so thin It seems as if they sliced the old burgers in half but kept the same buns. So instead of getting two all beef patties you're getting one patty sliced in half to make 2.

I went through drive thru and they gave me cold old fries. I had to pull back in and go inside to get some fresh fries. Once I got inside, it took them 5 minutes to get to me so I been return the come fries for new fresh ones. Everytime I go there, it's always a problem. That's the reason for the low rating.

I want to hate this place, it’s just in such a convenient location to grab a coffee on the go in the morning.

Don’t go in, it’s super slow.

Drive through is hit or miss. When you get the A squad, the line moves. Sometimes you’re inexplicably stuck there for 15 minutes not moving.

If you do drive through, it’s not a question of if, but of how many pan handlers you will encounter. Sometimes they will be up to worse things as well. Hope for a fast moving line

Ordered on kiosk and sat down, then my coworker ordered. He got his food in 3 minutes and we waited another 15 minutes for ours and never came out. So we went to the counter and they acted pissed and almost didn’t make my food and acted like they already handed out even though I had the receipt and the table number thing still. Made me feel like they didn’t want me here as a customer. Dissatisfied

I don’t know why they get people who do not speak any English to take orders. They on top of that. There is a sign that says you have to ask for something that should be offered and come with the meal like ketchup, barbecue, etc..

I actually came in to pick up my mobile order and I was heading to work at another location that, I didn't check the bag, I should but I never do but today I ordered two sausage McMuffins there was a special and then I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee. The girl gave me the wrong order and realized until I was at my work location. Aside of what the I was unlikely to eat it since it was not appetizing with a blue Powerade drink. Early morning come on. I don't know where to go to get my refund.
