Just came from there it is 4pm on 12/11/25. The short Hispanic lady at the window has an attitude and was very rude. The fries were cold, not fresh, like they gave me someone else’s fries that were refunded or something. Also the chicken strips hurt to chew, was very rough, hard, and not fresh like they have been sitting out all day and got warmed up before they were served. And the ice cream had a nasty after taste like it was old ice cream.

There were about 10 people waiting to place an order and not a single cashier available. More than 10 mobile/ kiosk orders were placed, but nothing was moving. Around 8 orders were ready, but nobody was handing them out for over 15 minutes.
After another 15 minutes, my order disappeared from the “Now Serving” screen, and I still didn’t receive anything. At this point I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes with no communication from the staff.
This level of delay and lack of customer service is unacceptable. Please address this issue. The entire line was stuck, and staff didn’t seem to react or manage the situation at all.
In total, the whole experience took 54 minutes, and I never received my order.

While this location usually ticks, tonight was SOOOOooooOO bad I had to write in. I went in first for myself & the fries were pasty… they were not golden nor crispy. The McChicken burger tasted like the recipe was off… not made right. They seemed like rookies who didn’t know how to run the store. Reluctantly I went back when my partner got off work. It was before 4 am when I pulled up. The customer service was a ZERO. They didn’t answer at the teller. So I pulled up to the window. While I was waiting a guy who had just ordered came back for a stir stick. I asked her if they were open. Even tho a big banner says open 24 hrs they were cleaning & not coming to the window. I knocked & she said yes they were open & then walked away without talking my order. I waited & waited & then just C wanted to know when they were going to start talking orders, cuz I could get to the next closest McDs in 10 minutes. Finally around 4:15 I got someone to answer when they were going to re-open. They said in another 10 minutes. If they had said that initially I would’ve left right away. I pulled out & found Jack in the box open & ready to serve right around the corner. Came back … the fries were crispy…. But NO salt. - It’s amazing how Bad McDs fries are without salt! & they didn’t ask what sauce, so my McMeal bag came without any sauce /ketchup.

This is one of the kind of fast food restaurants that will give you , your food ! But no napkin , if you got that , you won't have you sauce that you want ,! Guarantee that something will be missing like a sauce on that game the never give you a full package for you and meal like ketchup and condiment, 99percent of the time I go there I will have to go back and ask them for it , so if you plan to order from here planet order from this restaurant make sure you got all your stuff before you leave the window cuz otherwise it's going to be a little hussle
