This is actually nearby my home the only thing for me is that they either never have or rarely have barbecue or ketchup always have to ask for ketchup when there's fries involved in the bag I don't understand why do they bag in multiple bags when it's for the same order a side of that sometimes they have forgotten certain things for my order and I have to go back or I call and the phone rings or it doesn't work and I can I can't just go back it doesn't make sense for me to go back I'm going to lose parking in the area that we live in we don't have parking in our homes everything is street parking so I feel like they should always check to make sure that they have put everything in there because it's just doesn't make sense multiplications where they have forgotten certain things from my order. They seemed to be better with not forgetting our items.

I’m beyond frustrated with the customer service at this McDonald’s. I ordered five double Quarter Pounders and what did I get? A bun with two slices of cheese—no meat, no patties—just bread and cheese. That’s ridiculous. If employees don’t want to do their job, they shouldn’t be working in fast food. People pay for their food and deserve at least the basics of what they ordered.
To make things worse, no one picks up the phone when you call. I didn’t go back because the line was way too long, and honestly, that tells you a lot. It’s sad when people take out their bad attitudes on paying customers. Do better.
It's my go to McDonald's in the bay, food is always fresh, and the fries are always salty lol.
