Food is the same as anywhere else, service was efficient, but the atmosphere of the place didn’t feel safe. We got via drive thru and left.

One McChicken mobile order turned into the manager yelling at me like I was trying to steal a single dollar item from the restaurant. I waited 15 minutes before being accused of lying about my order for 3-5 minutes. The manager finally told me how to access the mobile order code, which I found immediately. She didn’t even look it up to look at my order; she made me describe my sandwich through the slot in the bullet proof glass, and that’s when I realized it was my fault for going here.

I order through the app and get here when I'm supposed to. Arcelia tell me that their system restarted and that I have to wait Hella long for my order. Mind you when I got here no one answered as I called out to someone on the speaker. I finally gave up and just went to the window and someone finally talked to me just to tell me I have to wait. This is ridiculous! Bad service and an extremely inefficient app. I ordered dinner too and now they tell me that they only serve breakfast. What nonsense is this? They can't even help me find out how to do a refund. Of course the person I'm working with doesn't speak English either which is no help. This was the worst experience I've ever had ordering food from a fast food restaurant. I recommend paying to never eat here again and hopefully avoid such a horrible experience. The app pretty much held me hostage since I already paid and now have to wait super long and go through this hassle! What I thought would be a quick grab and go took 45 minutes- 1 hour of waiting, arguing, hassle, and trouble!

The workers were sweet, respectful, and let me make sure that my needs were met before I left. The lady working front noticed a man that was speaking to me a bit too aggressive & noticed that he was REALLY bothering me.. ...knowing that they were concerned about our well-being as well as their own, REALLY made us feel, safe, warm & comfortable....
Parking: Like I said, parking stalls they might have about a good 20 to 30 parking stalls!
Kid-friendliness: Gosh they have a playground for the kids to play around put your shoes in the cubby and interact with each other or other kids while you sit down eat your food and watch them play. They also have a 99 cent store right across the street. Pretty much all I can say is a win-win...
Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacers has an extended dining area part of the dining areas in front where the cash registers located in the kids playgrounds located across a door through a glass you'll be able to see your kid play as you, finish eating...
My kids said the food was the best they have had at McDonalds. The person at the register had trouble communicating clearly to take our order and the bathroom with only one working and needing a token was a little ridiculous. The thick plexiglass was a little disturbing. Great food but probably drive thru only
