It is the only McDonald's I have ever been to that actually directs dine in and take out customers to the kiosks to order and pay rather than provide human interaction and transaction. The only thing that saved this McDonald's from getting two stars is the kind and helpful young lady who informed us of this weird practice and provided good service upon our foods arrival. She even told us that she doesn't know why they force people to pay at the kiosks rather than...
