most McDonald’s nowadays have a designated pick up spot for delivery orders. But this particular location only have a drive-through so all the delivery drivers have to get in line just to pick up an order which is very very inefficient and frustrating I hope they will take action action to improve this

Specifically about monopoly game.
I order the same thing every time so I know how many monopoly pieces I should be getting. I always get 4. There were none Asked for my pieces, told they were in the bag. They are not in the bag. Showed them empty bag. They said I must have taken them out and they’re not giving any more out.
They steal monopoly pieces! I know it’s Silly to be upset about this but this could have been a piece I needed to win

They always get my order wrong. I don't see how when I always order off the McDonald's app. Yesterday, I specifically went to this location to buy my daughter a happy meal because it said on the app they had the hello kittyXninja turtles toy available .The other two nearby locations said they were out of that toy that's why I chose this one. I understand they run out specific toys but they could have specified that on the app like they did at the other locations I checked. My daughter was so sad when she opened the happy meal box to find an Elio toy. Also, they didn't put cheese on her cheeseburger. I paid extra for the cheese and it wasn't on there. I asked for all fries on the 2nd happy instead of apple slices meal and they gave me apple slices and fries. I asked for no mustard and they put mustard on the burger. Every time I've gone here they always some how get it wrong. They've totally ripped me off before with missing items and it was impossible to communicate with anyone there because most of don't them speak or understand very much English.
Thanks for making me feel welcomed. Not McDonald's I'm used to but a pleasant experience here.

I went there on sunday, and only the drive thru was open. It took almost an hour from waiting in line to order to get the food, and all i got was chicken nuggets and French fries. And after all that, waiting the lady at the drive thru was rude. Definitely dont go to this location unless you have no other option.

Eh, this location be confusing sometimes (Open or closed at time and google aint help shii) its clean inside though and not many people which makes it quiet, I dunno about the restrooms, the staff is decent, the service can have issues, they can have your order messed up, just ask again and show them the receipt, no need to make a scene and be loud people, dont be clowns 😉
The food is always yummy, the ice Coffee always be hitting 😋 and the LIMITED Macdonald Lil Toys slayyy 🔥 They're so cute and pretty good material, worth my money! Overall, decent mcdonald's to come and enjoy ur food :)💙🔥
