I'm so proud that this beautiful family is thriving in my city I call home. I attended a celebration for the life of my cousin but he was more like a brother "Chip" yesterday at this lovely establishment. The owners who are close friends with my cousin Al were in attendance and made sure everything went smoothly. The reason I HAD to write this review was because I thought the food was delicious and everyone seemed to have a great time. You didn't have to ask for anything. Thank you for a great afternoon and experience good luck with your business. I definitely want to do Brunch when I come back into town.

This seems like a really happening place. Very lively ambiance. Did not order the food, so I don't know what it tastes like. There was some party or something going on while I was there. Service seemed to be pretty good but again we only ordered 1 drink.Plenty of seating all around. Worth going back to for another visit.

Came to town for a concert and this was one of the places on list to visit. It didn't disappoint, the food was delicious especially the lamb chops. It was a Thursday night so we did the sing along karaoke. Nice grown vibe felt safe and friendly staff.

The place has an ordor when you walk in, smelled like something dead. Definitely not going to order food! The waitress was more interested in my husband than good service, very unprofessional, although she tried for his sake. The pictures on the website are deceiving, don't believe the hippe. Terrible place for my birthday celebration. It never had more than 10 to 15 people all night on 11/3/2023. Finally left and went somewhere else, but places were closing for the most part. The smell and not being able to eat is what I can't get passed. Yes, I did tell one person who asked if he should take family and friends, NO WAY.

Brunch on Thursdays is genius! The Happy Hour price let's you try it all!!!! And we did. THAT HENNY BISCUIT!!!! OMG!!! What is in it? I only wish I could have it daily. If you ain't tried YOU ARE MISSING OUT! You have to go to at least try the biscuit and see if I'm wrong.

This place deserves 10 star. Went for Sunday brunch to celebrate my nieces birthday, Everything and everyone exceeded our expectations. From the moment we entered we we greeted by the pleasant host and everyone there made sure that we all had a good time. Everything at brunch was so delicious. The crawfish grits were so good still thinking about them The bartender was on point the drinks were worth every dollar. The bonus is the great dj. Played a great mix. We all had such a great time. Can't wait to return. Will be telling all our friends about our new spot

Mimosa 2 is a hip young spot, usually frequented by the young black and beautiful. Thursday nights they have the brunch at night menu which features a lot of the menu favorites at discounted prices. On this particular Thursday they were showcasing the musical stylings of the beautiful Stacey Angela. Follow her on the gram and catch her single OMW on KMEL... I ordered the lamb chops for $5 an order.. I was pretty hungry so I got 4 orders. I also got the fried brussel sprouts and the truffle fries(the truffle fries are not in the brunch at night menu?). The whole order came to $37... the lamb chops are extremely delicious. Order them. You will not be disappointed. The Brussels were crispy and seasoned properly and the truffle fries were cooked to perfection. They come with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese on them which isn't too overwhelming. They got the ratio down. They may be a bit understaffed, as there was only one person behind the bar taking orders and mixing drinks. Now even though it wasn't super busy, this dynamic made for a bit slower of an experience than I was expecting hence the 1 star deduction. As I said before, the crowd was young, black and beautiful. The art displays in the venue are awesome. It's a place to bring a date or even a place to pull up single and maybe meet someone new. I will definitely come again, especially on a Thursday night!
