Stumbled upon this place after exercising around the lake. And I am so happy I did. This is sandwich shop gem! Homemade ingredients. Excellent customer service. Small- more of a sandwich counter. I sat at a table for 2 outside while watching the outside ambiance. Good price point and Deeeelicous!

This cash only hole in the wall cranks out the finest quality sandwiches. The owner is always there and his welcoming kindness as well as his passion for the food he makes is what gives Modigliani its signature charm. He cures his own meats, makes everything by hand and I will dare to say he’s never disappointed a single patron. If you go there once, you’ll keep going back. I do.

This place is awesome. Food is delicious and Jerry (the owner, I assume) is SO nice! He let us try a bunch of stuff while we were waiting for our sandwiches - the meatballs are amazing! There’s also free coffee while you wait. Pretty much everything is homemade and everything we tried was phenomenal (10/10 for the steak sandwich). Super worth it, highly recommend.
