I discovered Mocha House through a friend about a year and a half ago. I immediatelywas reminded of Arabic cafes I had frequented during my traves. The wall painting brings back the sounds and smells of those experiences. The owners of Mocha House are very friendly and fun and make excellent drinks. I mainly get the Oatmilk Matcha latte and the Oatmilk ginger milk. Both drinks are delicious!!! And the Oatmilk chai is also excellent. The food bites are authentic and delicious...

Terrific cafe! Extensive Yemeni style coffee menu available, even more than other Yemeni cafes in the East Bay. Plenty of plant milk options, along with several vegan desserts and one savory baked goods. Plenty of atmospheric space to work (with wall outlet to charge), chill, meet friends. No weird smells inside. Pleasant non-English music playing at a reasonable volume in the background (so, it's hard to do meeting here). Very friendly service.
