#1 Fan ~ The food is amazingly delicious and healthy at moonbowls. I get a bowl at least twice a week, have turned many friends onto moonbowls, and have even had our staff lunch catered by them. I will say the pickup experience is a little weird but I'm slowly getting used to it. Using Doordash makes it super convenient and helpful. Regardless of the latter, the food taste and quality far outweighs the pickup experience so it is what it is.

First time ordering from Moonbowl, I truly enjoyed the chicken BBQ bowl, even though it was cold and I think they should improve the chicken portion it was only few pieces of chicken.

I’ve eaten here twice and I personally like it. It’s a good alternative for us when we don’t want to pay expensive prices of sweet greens. The first time I ate here me and my daughter were walking home from the park. The only thing that time was my food was cold, they definitely forgot to reheat the food or not long enough. BUT I enjoyed the flavors so we ordered in through DoorDash. Food still not the hottest (4min drive from us)but my favorite is their cauliflower bowl SO GOOD. Bbq chicken bowl was ok not a big fan of their seasoning but still ok. I hate to say it but I HATE their fries, the seasoning is odd… it’s like a combo of paprika and other similar seasonings but just don’t pair well and is an odd powdery texture. If the seasoning was better it’d be great since they are crispy .

Extra long but I recommend their cauliflower bowl..

We ordered from here for the first time and were super excited. However, our order never came. I saw it get dropped by 4 different delivery drivers until it was canceled. The worst part is you cannot even get through to a representative or person except through text. Where they then straight up lied about what was going on. I would have been happy to pick up the order rather than have it delivered, but by the time the text representative that gets back to you it’s too late. Until they fix the service or lack there of, we will not be returning.

Do yourself a favor and go to kitava.

The food was delicious and comparatively inexpensive. It was tasty, filling, and I felt like I was eating something actually good for me, which is a rare win when ordering delivery. It's not a critique, quite, but the meat is definitely not the star of the show. My BBQ chicken had less than half a chicken breast's worth of meat. I was very happy with my meal.

I order from this place all the time, and it’s been really reliable simple food that’s easy to eat. I unfortunately got very sick from my most recent order.

I ordered the sesame tofu bowl near the end of the day Sunday, the order took much longer than usual, and on arrival we commented that my bowl looked off - less rice than usual, brown instead of white like I ordered, and my egg was broken up into pieces. Maybe I should have taken it as a warning, but boy did I get sick that night, assumably from the egg? My partner did not get sick, and we ate the same food the rest of the day; it was only the egg that I had and they did not.

I’ll be scared to order from here for a while which is such a shame, as I normally eat it often ?
