These people are swindlers and thieves. The host is rude as hell and dismissive. I ordered online through Ritual and my food wasn’t even being made when I got there. I told her I wanted a refund and she refused. Ritual doesn’t have a customer service line so I’m guessing it’s some sham set up by one of their relatives or friends. Also this place is disgusting. The health department needs to pay a visit.

General tsao's chicken was pretty bland and flavorless. Pretty disappointing cuz the place isnt super cheap.

We only ordered a dish of bbq pork over boiled lettuce, due to my partner's dietary restrictions (so no rice), shared a near bare bowl of otherwise tasty sizzling rice soup, and asked for an order of braised chicken feet, which was available from their steam table, we felt pretty slighted, mostly because of the near bare soup with a tacked on 15% "service fee!" The soup had diced "baby shrimp, only about 6 sweet peas that were sliced in 3, and shivered baby carrots in a large bowl of broth. There was no chicken or beef to be found. I asked for the crispy rice on the side, so there were 4 pieces, pretty much just enough for me to drop into my bowl as I refilled it. There are no photos, as I was more disappointed and hungry at the time. The food was good overall.

I can’t comment on the dine-in experience here because this place is barely two blocks away from me and they’ll take my order at 2:30AM. If I’m in the mood to eat at 2:30AM, I definitely don’t want anyone seeing me in that state.Nonetheless, if I am calling in an order to you at 2:30AM, you know, I still have expectations of the quality of my food, and so I call this place at that hour because the chef is still in the kitchen at 2:30 AM, and they get my order just right every single time.Don’t all of you go showing up at once now for this chicken congee, or that mu shiu pork, and that seasoned green beans, they are all so correct! Gold Star!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Chinese restaurant, and I can't stop raving about it! The ambiance instantly transported me to China with its elegant red and gold decor, creating a cozy yet upscale atmosphere. It's the perfect place for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. The service was impeccable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to accommodate our dietary preferences. They made excellent recommendations, ensuring that we had a memorable dining experience. The attention to detail truly stood out. And now, the star of the show – the food. Every dish was a work of art. The General Tso's chicken was perfectly crispy and tangy, the dumplings were delicate parcels of flavor, and the Peking duck was a showstopper. Each bite was a journey through Chinese culinary traditions. If you're looking for an authentic Chinese dining experience with exceptional ambiance, impeccable service, and mouthwatering food, this restaurant is a must-visit. It's a true gem in the culinary scene.
