OMG I love the energy I get when I go to this Noah's in comparison to others in the bay area. And I've been to them all. Walnut creek,Pinole, Fremont, Marin, etc. The ladies that are there in the early am are always nice smiling and ready to serve. I don't know what it is but they no matter how long it's been since I've been there last they still remember me. That makes my bagel taste so much better š. It's two brown š¤ skin sista's and they bring the business culture.

Excellent choices. The staff was nice and helpful. They treated my daughter well. I would come back again. My daughter ordered a chocolate chip muffin and loved it. I ordered a pumpernickel bagel and it was delicious. Thank you Noah's bagel, you are a wonderful place.

Orders door dash and they gave me the wrong cream cheeseā¦. After I spent $30 of course I canāt get anyone on the phone and by the time Iām off work they will be closed. Needless to say Iām irritatedā¦. Receipt is clear as day and says honey almond. If they were out of it, they shouldāve wrote a note and definitely not gave me Plain cream cheeseā¦..

In both my sandwiches the Turkey sausage taste and looks like jail meat had to remove it and cook my own. As a New Yorker Food being fully cooked is a bare minimum not sure how this became normal. Serving breakfast starting ppls day off w inedible b.s is insane.
The customer service here is so terrible It made me lose my appetite for spending money here. If your staff can't be bothered to be friendly, then I'll just take my business elsewhere. I didn't ask for her name, but cashier with the dreadlocks needs to get her attitude together.

the team made a mistake with my order but they gave me 1/2 a dozen bagels to make up for it. it was right before closing and i bet they have to throw all those leftover bagels away while unsheltered people are right outside the door. thatās the kind of customer service i would come back to this location for. i appreciate their heart.
