Avoid using their app 1) they have no fraud controls so don't add your credit card, 2) if the service person charges you incorrectly and you are paying with the app Noah's does not have a way to fix it and the service people just point to the app and 3) there is no customer service for the app. I had fraud in the app that took more than 6 months to fix and I recently tried to use points in the app to make a purchase and the app directed me to start an order and then took my points and charged me $'s and after I escalated (bbb) noah's gave me my points back but I did not want the points I wanted to use my points on the purchase. The app is riddled with fraud and service issues. It is too bad I like their bagels but if you have issues you are out of luck. I have written two reviews and always get a response saying 'this is not acceptable go to contact us as ask resolution and then change your review' but I did go to contact us and they don't do anything, that is part of my frustration, they don't seem to have customer service if you do have issues.
My first experience here was terrible, I still went back and they managed to be even worst. Extremely rude employees for no reason at all. They cut my food ontop of a dirty surface so I had random veggies stuck to my bagel. There was more cream on the outside of the wrappper than in the bagel. Never ever again at this location

So the bagel was okay I guess but it’s like they aren’t legally allowed to give you cream cheese. This was less than a minute after getting the bagel so it couldn’t have absorbed into the bread or anything. Staff seemed annoyed and were arguing about whether to make more bagels (they didn’t need to).

Just spent $20 in here on 4 bagels with cream cheese and every bagel is dry with just a thin spread of cheese. Not what you expect for a specialty bagel shop. Unimpressed
Service very unfriendly to add to this wonderful experience

Worst customer service experience ! Rude employees and tough bagels and will never be back. I asked if they had any plant based options and was looked at as if I had 3 heads! No greeting, just blank stares and sour faces. Manager needs to get a new friendly vibe in this place ! Sucks when my order number was called, the counter person said. It’s for “her” with disdain . Get it together!

On a Saturday morning, the bagels were undercooked. Mildly busy, but it’s a tough look serving undercooked bagels what you’re a bagel shop.
Also not very pleasant to see the company harassing literally every google review.

Please clean up.
I ordered a blueberrry bagel with cream cheese and the cashier forgot to add the cream cheese . N/p. So when it’s time to add the payment for the cream one of the cooks who made the bagel told the cashier to charge me the same exact total as the bagel. Okkkkk so your charging twice for a bagel? Than she screamed and said ok $2.00. That woman sounds like she doesn’t know her job she than slammed my bagel on the register and told the cashier to figure out the payment. Customer service was TERRIBLE AND THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE. Didn’t catch her name but she has. A short haircut with glasses petite frame. Watch how you treat customers cause karma ALWAYS come back around. She definitely needs more training on how to properly speak with consumers with kindness and respect. Very disappointing… update I have the name of that disrespectful woman who threw my bagel down & will report her nasty behavior to management first thing Monday. Her attitude was nasty and unacceptable & should never be tolerated.

Repeat the order three times because the cashier is mumbling. Cashier cancels the order and reenters it to make sure it's right. I count out the number of items (only 3) on my fingers and go through them like I would with a toddler. She confirms. Charge the card. Order comes. Wrong. Only 2 items; one forgotten. Just a staggering level of incompetence.
