Excellent, tasty broth, regardless of which flavor you get. I tried 4 varieties by the cup, loved them all so I purchased 5 varieties by the box full. They came well packaged in dry ice, and went straight into n.y freezer except for the one I had for lunch that day. I absolutely ADORE these products. I've had both the shiitake beef bone broth and the miso broth, and both are top shelf. I am hoping that my local grocer continues to stock these for along time. Lovely flavors.
