I've lived in the area for almost 20 years and have eaten in and plenty of takeout, so I'm not sure what people mean when they say new ownership. The fantastic couple (and their daughter?) run things and do s great job. The food has gotten better over the years, but be sure to order with a spicy level as it won't be as flavorful when 'mild/not spicy' (you shouldn't be eating Thai if you can't handle some heat). Eating in is a great experience...
