Got the bbq chicken and shrimp combo to-go and it's really good! Not even normally a fan of mac and cheese but this one was great, vegetables were crunchy which made for an overall balanced meal. Its quite a big portion too, could be split into 2 meals.

The cashiers were extremely nice! My food wasn’t the best. My crab rations were oily and nasty. I got 1 piece of broccoli and lots of cabbage. I’m honestly afraid to even eat the fish the way that it looks! My rice is overcooked 😡 The macaroni salad is HOT!!! I paid almost $25 for this food & waited for over 25 minutes for THIS! It was my 1st time & LAST at this location! I will travel like I’ve been from now on to the San Leandro location! I eat there nearly...

By far the best Ono I've been to in a long time. The place was clean, the food fresh, and packed neat which are all pluses when I eat take out! I had to give them a great review as I'm eating leftovers 2 days later.Thx to the staff & management.
